Mr. Raju,
aged 37 years is the entrepreneur who founded Varsha Agencies in the year 1993 which later was converted to a partnership firm Varsha Agro Tech. He comes form a 6-decade old agriculture farming family & son of Mr.S.C.VEERABHADRAPPA, who incidentally in 2005 was awarded the title “KRISHI PANDIT” by Government of Karnataka. A B.Sc Agriculture Graduate Mr. Raju even today manages the family agriculture property of around 80.00-acre at B.G.Kere in MOLKALMUR (Tq.) in CHITRADURGA.

District growing Coconut, Sapota, Tamarind, Banana, Vanilla & Sericulture. He also owns and manages as dealer 3 Bharat Petroleum Corporation LTD retail Outlets into the trade of petroleum products at namely, Chitradurga, Davanagere & Harapanahalli where the combined business turnover in the last financial year 2006-07 from these retail outlets is around Rs.22.00 crores INR. With a passion to always excel in anything he does and with an attitude to leverage & expand on business opportunities Mr. Raju at Varsha Agro Tech is the person who draws the vision, develops the strategies & sets our roadmap.

Mr. Yogesh,
aged 39 years is a B.Tech Agriculture Engineering graduate with an overall professional experience of 12+ years. He too comes with a agriculturist background & currently runs his own irrigation supplies business at Channagiri (Davanagere District). At Varsha Agro Tech, he is a active partner who heads the micro-irrigation equipments sales & service operations. Mr. Yogesh is our specialist in creation of end-to-end solutions esp. in designing of irrigation projects & installation of systems for farmer needs.

Mr. K. M. Ramesh,
aged 38 years, is a Business management Graduate with 10+ years of professional work experience esp. in the field of Automobile. At Varsha Agro Tech he heads our administrative operations & contributes to our business strategies. A good background experience of his understanding of farming community needs helps us at Varsha Agro Tech develop proper projects & plans that help the farmer make right choices of farming equipment investments. He is also the core team head in organizing farmer community awareness programs & workshops.

Mr. Malleshappa K G,
aged 39 years is a B. Tech. Agriculture Graduate, with 12+ years of experience. He worked for 3+ years as marketing manager in North Karnataka area for M/s. Jain Irrigation System Ltd. At Varsha Agro Tech, he is our Sales Operations head with responsibility to manage a sales team of 40+ executives covering 10 major districts of Karnataka.

Mr. Venakatesh Naik,
aged 37 years is a B.tech Agriculture Graduate with a professional work experience of 10+ years that spans sound knowledge of Micro Irrigation, Landscaping, Designing & Maintenance of gardens, Floriculture and Non-Conventional Energy Solutions. At Varsha Agro Tech, he is our Public Relations Head who co-ordinates with our network to organize & manage media activities.
